This is an informational website. We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party tracking scripts. The only data we process is:

• Contact form submissions — when you use the contact form on the Contact page, your name, email, chosen topic, and message are sent to us via email so we can reply to your enquiry.
• WhatsApp enquiries — if you contact us via WhatsApp, the messages you send are processed by WhatsApp according to their own privacy policy.
• Cookies — a single cookie/localStorage entry to remember whether you have accepted or rejected our cookie banner (see below).

We use a single entry in your browser's local storage to remember your cookie preference (accepted or rejected). This is a strictly necessary cookie — without it, the consent banner would reappear on every visit. No tracking, marketing, or analytics cookies are set.

You can clear this preference at any time by clearing your browser's site data, which will show the banner again on your next visit.

We process contact form data under GDPR Article 6(1)(b) — necessary to take steps at your request prior to entering a contract, or to respond to your enquiry — and Article 6(1)(f) — our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us.

Contact form submissions and email correspondence are kept for as long as needed to answer your enquiry and for up to 12 months afterwards, after which they are deleted. If you become a customer, relevant correspondence is kept for the duration of the business relationship and as required by Danish accounting/tax law.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties. If you contact us via WhatsApp, those messages are subject to WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy. We only share information where required by law.

As a visitor in the EU/EEA, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
• Object to or restrict processing of your data
• Data portability
• Withdraw consent at any time

This website is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
